Harassing my family

This stupid company has left multiple threating messages with my family members. This is illegal. They have a BBB profile and everyone should start complaining there also . They are so stupid. They are not a law firm. If you look closely at their website it's a bunch of stock photos and a very generic site . Doing an image search I found like 4 other sites that misspell Google and Levi's the sam way they do. Generic template . They are a freaking joke

These scammers are still at it.

I've been getting lots of phone calls from these [censored] about some debt that is way past the statute of limitations. I will never pay them one penny of it. They get very hostile and rude on the phone with me, so I get rude back at them. As far as I can tell, this is NOT a legitimate law firm. Their webpage has the names of supposedly famous companies that are somehow associated with them, very obviously misspelled. I guess to avoid copyright issues. For example, the Google logo is spelled Gucle, and Canon is spelled Conan. Even the name "Mathews" is misspelled on purpose. There is no mention of a law license anywhere on their site, nor when they talk to you. I think attempting to make people think you practice law without a license is probably illegal. And I know for sure that attempting to make a debtor think you are going to file a lawsuit against them when the debt is beyond the statute of limitations is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. But I don't think they care. They are scammers.
I think you could pay them money and it would probably not pay off your debt, because they don't follow any rules. They call using a robocaller and keep calling from different numbers so you can't just block their calls. So, since they won't stop calling me, I started having fun with them on the phone and wasting their time. KB

I can't seem to find that they are licensed at all! Not even for debt collection ! I reported to NY state Attorney General ( not sure if they will do anything ) they also just had a BBB file opened 6/21 . There is another compmay with alerts on it called Michael mathews and Accociates but I'm not sure that's the same thing. They are also on BBB scam tracker . The harassment is insane with these guys ! I had my info leaked and I've had scam calls all year all trying to collevt the same debt that I already paid and carry proof of payment. I'm so over it !

They are so rude. I had to talk to 3 people to get one to stop flipping out demanding money. I think they take dead old loans my was not valid from over 4 years ago in California. I don't even remember it. They kept demanding money without giving me info to validate it. They treat people badly and won't back up they proof. Just keep threatening. Dumb company. If it wasn't valid. Who cares. If it was check statue of limitations for your state. They can't even take me to court it's been too long. Stupid

I received a call from Mathew Associate Kenmore, N.Y. 14217 855-766-6212The company stated that if I did not set up payment plans on an old cash advance that I would be served papers at my job or at my home and I had to make a decision that day. I spoke with ScamPulse.com representative and there is an alert on this company for another stated. What this company doing is illegal.
