Free estimate for repair was offered on the initial phone conversation from a person in Alabama. When the technicians arrived, we were informed that they needed to disassemble the door to perform the estimate. Their pickup truck was licensed in California. The estimate for repair, was supposed to be for a simple broken spring. They said they had the spring in the back of their truck but could not give us the estimate until they disassembled the door. They became agitated and belligerent when I photographed the truck license plate. They then left our premises. We called another company the next day from the Google search called Olympus Garage Door & Gate. Their phone number was 866 323-7703. We set up an appointment for the next day for an estimate. The same two technicians showed up in the same truck with story of having to disassemble the door before an estimate. I asked them to leave. They demanded a $19.00 service call charge and said after I paid them that they wouldn't do the repair anyways because I took a picture of their truck.
