She (Jill Seales) messaged me on a dating app then we moved to Snapchat. She asked if I’d be interested in a massage with a happy ending and I agreed, I sent $100 via PayPal for service and another $100 for refundable security fee. Then was told to hold on while she was getting ready, 3 hours go by and in between it’s just her saying hold on. I go to appeal on PayPal to get refund and she took screenshot of transaction to get money sent through and close the case. Yet never messaged me back, services were not met.
