I ordered a dress from Mary & Susan Savannah. The website claimed to be two widows from Savannah, GA. When the shipping took two weeks I knew it was from China. When I finally received the dress it was of inferior quality and fit. It did not look like the photo from the website. It was way too large a fit, as well. I contacted the company by email and told them I wanted to return the dress. I received an email stating they wanted photos and details in order to return the dress. I responded and stated I wanted a return and did not need to send photos. I also stated I would report them to the BBB. I asked for the address to send my return, no response. I can no longer access their website. It states server not responding. I used a credit card, so I will contact them for a charge back. I wanted to let others know that this is a fraudulent website.

I ordered two jumpsuits from this company that took almost two weeks to arrive only to be of lower quality than the picture from the website. When I requested a refund I was told that the items would cost $30 to $40 dollars and would be to a warehouse in China. I was then offered a 10% refund on my total order. Looking back on their website I think the whole store is a scam. It shows Savannah Georgia as a pin location but I believe it’s fake. The quality of the jumpsuits are poor and cheap looking. The clasp on the strap is plastic and serves no function. It doesn’t adjust the strap at all. The button closure is totally different than on the website.

This "business" is a scam run out of China. It appears to be two widows running a small business in Georgia. I received two items which were entirely too large. I followed the return policy and asked for a refund. They asked me to send pictures showing the discrepancies in size, which I refused to do. I checked my bank statement and somehow the transaction has disappeared so that I can't challenge the transaction. I just received another email saying they would give me a product of "my choice" if I paid the shipping fee of $14.95. I know I'm out the money but I just wanted to warn other potential customers that this is a scam.
