The individual advertised a fur hat handmade with a seal and otter on Facebook. I responded to the post (advertisement) and stated I was interested in purchasing the item. She offered four payment methods. I used PayPal to transfer the funds. According to Paypal no problem with international payment, receive same day. This person Mary or Francis Tordecilla begins messaging strange responses. Claiming never received the funds and that I was sending Filipino funds when it clearly shows US dollars on the form. This is when I realized I was scammed.
