Report

We attempted to purchase an outboard engine. They did not have a telephone number and would not accept credit card. After discussion w/ a "person" on a chatbot, they agreed to payment via credit card. The credit card would not accept the charges so we contacted our bank. The bank said it was something on their side affecting the transfer. We again spoke w/ the chatbot; they gave us 2 different options to try for purchase. Neither worked... and the names on the links were suspicious... we could not get it resolved. Ultimately it was fraudulent.
