The fees were for 1% for insurance for a bond as a tax fee for the (Funds Transfer Fraud) coverage. I ended up paying $2,200 CAD ($1,500 USD). I sent the money via International Money Transfer.

The 2nd fee was for the Alberta State Tax of $7,500 USD, but I was somehow able to get it down to only having to pay $6,700 CAD ($4,981.78 USD).
$2,000 CAD ($10 fee) sent on November 11th, 2022, $2,000 CAD ($10 fee) sent on November 12th, 2022, $2,000 CAD ($10 fee) sent on November 13th, 2022, $700 CAD ($6 fee) sent on November 14th, 2022.
The 3rd fee was for the account exceed limit in order to receive the money of $25,000 USD ($33,622.49 CAD) which I got down to only owing $7900 CAD ($5,874.04 USD).
