A person named John Cook called me and told me I had taken out a loan at something called Net loan between 2016 and 2022, and it was for the amount of 1,780.11. He frightened me. I told him I'm on social security and I can't afford to pay that amount. First he said he talked to the lawyer and first he said $900 can you pay $900 I said no, is that 600 again I said no, then he came up with $148.51. I was so scared when he said he would take me to court and I would be paying them $5,000. He sounded so legitimate and he had more personal information on me. I signed my signature; however. I have not sent him any money, but he's sending me emails saying that my payment is late. What do I do?
