Hasta el momento no e tenido ninguna complicacion con el programa. Usamos como 563,745 puntos en unas vacaciones en Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca con vuelos, hospedaje y actividades. Nos gusta la flexibilidad que ofrece Maralto para poder comprar vuelos con anticipacion o de ultimo momento porque la familia es muy grande y algunos tenemos planes un poco desordenados.

He podido usar este programa varias veces y la verdad es un muy buen programa. Aveces si tienes que pagar algunas cosas si quieres algo que talvez tus puntos no cubran pero de ahi en fuera hemos ido a Los Angeles, Nueva York, y tenemos un viaje proximo a Brazil. Usamos Maralto para vuelos y hospedaje y de vez en cuando para rentar un carro.

Se roban tu dinero. Te hacen pensar que haces una compra de timeshare y se quedan con el dinero no te dan nada. Se hacen que el Dinero que le depositaste se perdió y ya no te contestan. Son unos estafadores. No se crean gente de estas personas que venden timeshare. A nosotros nos paso en Mazatlan.

Time shares

They try to buy your existing membership with other agencies making you believe that you’ll walk with fat pockets for a smaller amount on their part or try to convince you that they have a better program then typical time sharing agency’s where you don’t have to pay the yearly maintenance fees that you may already have and if they get you they’ll tell you to wire transfer money to an account In Mexico and then they’ll tell you that there is a problem with your deposit and that they can’t seem to find it and that’s where all the lyes will start to pop saying that they can’t return your money that you have to make a recall on your bank wish you practically can’t do anymore

Scammers/Estafadores!

Nothing but a sales tactic! I have been waiting for my refund since September 2022! They asked for my wire transfer information it has been over 2 weeks and they blocked my number as well. Reported them to my bank as fraud even though I will be losing money if I get my refund since some was paid cash. Do not fall for these scammers! Purchased it in Mazatlan Sinaloa.

Personally, my favorite thing about this company is the packages they offer, they are very varied. They also help book your flights and recommend activities so you always have something to do.
I would definitely travel with this company again, it is very good. I can't complain about anything!

It has been almost 2 months and they always have an excuse for not having our membership ready. They said no later than 30 days and here we are, the main person who signed us up does not even answer. I will start looking into an attorney tomorro. This was done at SAFIRO hotel in mazatlan sinaloa. Please do not fall for these scams! Over $7,000 scam

Buenas tardes, solo quiero comentar que nos hicieron fraude, ya que adquiri la membresia el 19 de Julio del 2022, me comentaron que en 30 dias recibiria mis accesos para la plataforma, al dia de hoy no he recibido nada, y en cuanto a las semanas que me dieron, me estan dando otro precio al que me habian comunicado ese dia, en cuanto al uso de puntos me dicen que tengo que esperar 3 meses, no hay hoteles disponibles, no hay todo incluido, me dan largas cuando les hablo por telefono.

Just amazing!

As a mother's day gift, my husband and I gave my daughter and her family a package of MarAlto so that they could enjoy a few days of vacation.

On Monday they finally returned after a week in the Caribbean. They were able to enjoy the beach and activities that made my grandchildren happy.

The staff scheduled the flights and offered a list of activities to choose from that undoubtedly made that week unique and very well spent, I highly recommend it and without a doubt we will acquire it's services again.

I just got back to work after two weeks of spring break and they were the best vacations of my life! ;) In January I discovered this company and after thinking about it for a few weeks I decided to get in touch with them, schedule a vacation with my cousins and we don't regret a thing. They helped us book a hotel and rent a car, they found cheap seats for everyone and they told us options of attractions that we could look for during our stay.

I had always wanted a trip like this to the beach but I don't have time to plan anything, luckily Maralto was very helpful. For surrrre planing on traveling more with them.
