It seems they used scare tactics saying they are from civil processing. I had agreed to pay them for a debt but my total owed doesn't seem to have decreased. I am very uncomfortable moving forward with payments after seeing the reviews for this company and that I owe more now that my original debt!

I have been receiving rude and harassing phone calls into my work phone number. The person said I better call them back or they will get money from my pay check. The person is really rude, even though she is violating de FDCPA when I tell her that to stop calling my work number, that is a business not personal phone, she keeps calling and calling.
