I ordered from this company and felt confident because they represented themselves as Tuesday Morning, a business we had in our hometown. They were also a featured advertiser on Facebook, and I was certain Facebook at least vetted their advertisers! Anyway, “Tuesday Morning” sent me a tracking number for a site called Track718. There were occasional updates, on the Track718 site, so I was not suspicious until they documented my order had been delivered. *It was not delivered.* The site even has a feature which allows you to see on a map where your package is – according to their own map, mine is in a field. Since that happened, I have tried multiple times to contact them, but they are refusing to reply or respond to me in any way. Is any legal action being taken against these people?

Order from mailshopline.com never arrived, tracking says delivered

Ordered through Facebook page, paid for with credit card, email was then sent from DSW [email protected] via mailshopline.com. I lost $80.00.

Emailed [email protected] about getting a tracking number, and said it was delivered and signed for but I did not receive it nor signed for it and nothing showed on my ring camera at the time they said they delivered it. I am going to call credit card company and report a fraudulent charge. I ordered this on Aug 31 and it is not Sep 26.

I did a google search for 'Husqvarna 970545001 330LK 28-cc 2-cycle 20-in Straight Shaft Gas String Trimmer' and the scammers website showed a really great price (which was too good to be true), so I placed the order and received an email confirmation. After 1 week I did not receive my order, so I tried to click the links on the confirmation email message, and I noticed the links seemed bogus and the '[email protected]' email which made me very suspicious. I then did a google search for scammers using 'shopgood' and '[email protected]' and found a few other people had similar issues as reported here on the ScamPulse.com Scam Tracker. I will try to contact my credit card company to ask them to credit me for this purchase, but I wanted to list my issue here so other folks don't fall for the same scam.
