I received a v-mail from a person named Nina Berry saying she was contacting me regarding a claim. She provided a contact number of 855-546-3074 and a claim number of G113-7578. When I called the number, the man that answered said that I was being sued for fraud by Acima for a loan from 2020 for tires purchased. He said his name was Michael Dupree and he was from Davidson County Courts. I called Davidson County Clerk's office and confirmed I do not have any outstanding lawsuits against me.
