I was fictitously DM'ed to be an ambassador, but each time I asked something, they never answered me with the right answers or they answered me with a "I don't understand you". When I asked about being an Ambassador and what it included, she never answered me. Her name was Jessica (or so she told me). I had asked her, "will I get my order" and she replied with "I'm here to help" or something along those lines. She even made me a discount code, but I was not falling for it. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!

Just like the other people here, I was talking to a girl named Jessica. The messages were clearly pre-written and they did not answer my questions at all. I'm glad I caught onto them before buying anything, nope-d out of there real quick and reported them to Instagram.

Same thing happened to me like others described. A new instagram profile messaged me asking if I want to be an ambassador or a model, I should reach out to Made by Meow instagram page. I did and a girl from Jessica, reached out to me. She told me that they are donating to pet organizations. I also told her that I have 3 cats, and she asked me "what is the name of your cat? As in, one cat, when I said I have 3. Lol. I guess the messages are either pasted, or automated. Anyways, it's a scam, please don't fall for it! :)

I spoke to a person that was obviously a « computer » all per-made answers on their page on Instagram. I found that a bit sketchy that they were not verified (blue sign next to the name on IG). So anyway, they will ask you to be an ambassador and spend money to buy this catdana that you will never received. And you become part of the bad ones by asking other to use your discount. Be careful !

Good thing I searched here fr scam first instead of buying cuz even tho I said I don't own any cats the girl on ig kept saying send ur cat pics when u receive our products like a bot. Lol good thing I noticed it before I lost money

I i got contacted to be a brand ambassador by "made by meows." sent them $18 and never received the product. they don’t answer emails or messages. I think this is a scam. They dont list an address on their website so I have no idea where they are.

I ordered in May and it's now almost the end of August and have not received anything. Couple months ago I got an email saying it has shipped and I still have not gotten it. When asked for a tracking number they told me anything under $50 doesnt get a tracking number. When I emailed at end of July I got a response apologizing and wanted me to confirm my address and order number and they'd look into it. I've emailed multiple times since then and now getting no response at all! Such a scam!

Made an order. Never received it. Emailed them, and they said they would look into it. Months passed and I never received anything. Emailed them for a refund about 6 times now and all the emails are ignored. Now im commenting on all of the Instagram posts. Lets see if I get blocked

Ordered with them because even though I can see and can easily make those little bandanas, they told me that they donate to organizations to help animals.. i purchased 5 items from them which were 3 bandanas (1 for each of my cats) and a scrunchie for myself and accidently added an extra bandana.. i only received 3 out of the 5 and when I messaged them to get a resolution, they replied apologizing and nothing else. I emailed them back 3 times to ask for a resolution and never got a response. I messaged the girl on IG that made me an "ambassador " and she just kept saying the same thing "email customer service" .. i hope they take this site down for good!

I was a so called “ambassador” through Instagram. Got my code and everything. I purchased and after about a month with no package I emailed them. They asked me to confirm my order number and shipping address and after that NOTHING. Not even responding to my Instagram messages anymore and my comments on posts on their page have been deleted.

Like many of the people above, I was scammed and have been unable to reach anyone to help me. I never received my items and when I tried getting ahold of someone, there was virtually nothing for me to go to. I tried messaging back the person who helped me on their FB page and found out it was just a bot, and if you ask for help they never respond. Then I tried sending an email to the address they give you for returns and help and I got a response from a "Nicole C." Who asked for my order number and address and I sent it, but she just responded to it with the exact same email asking for the same information, like it was an automated response.
Their website has no contact information either. I just want my money back.

I ordered a triple set. They only sent me two of the three items. I have sent numerous emails and they will NOT respond. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone. They totally ripped me off. The quality of the items is also poor: the catdana is already unraveling and I have had it for less than 2 weeks. Absolutely horrible shopping experience.

So after ordering from “Made by Meows” because my cousin got the 40% off coupon, I used paypal for my order and it gave me the email attached to the company in charge and my cousin researched him and this man is behind at least 3 fake pet bandana accounts where they take your money and scam you by not replying. please do not order from any instagram company before checking it’s credibility. I have attached the mans twitter and his “website.” I also don’t even have a collar for my cat to put the bandana on, and it was never specified on the site that it requires a collar.

when I looked at the product I revieved I laughed its horrible i couldve made this myself with fabric a needle and thread its quite disturbing I wasted $13 and my cat cant even wear this because one it's ridiculously small like this is a joke and two it goes over a collar which I dont have.

I fell for this thinking my money was being donated. I was told that I was going to be given a unique discount code and an extra gift. I fell for it and purchased my items. I received most of what I purchased, my package was missing two items as well as the extra gift. I messaged the company five times on Facebook and then finally emailed them. No response has been received. I then checked reviews and it seems this is a scam. The company has a bot that sends the same message no matter what your response until you get to the end and you’ve received the message “One more thing, if you let me know your order number, I'll include an extra gift for being an ambassador ?” then whenever you send a message you never get a response. If you look through the comments on Facebook you’ll find eerily similar, if not exactly the same, claims from other people. This “company” is deceiving people by claiming profits are being donated.

I was supposed to be a cat brand ambassador in a an Instagram platform to match my cat with scunchies and headbands. I was even given a special code to take money off my order. I placed the order, and they Instagram person was so helpful and responsive at first, but then nothing. My package never came. It has been over a month, and after e-mailing with a woman named "Nicole C." I haven't gotten my order, as promised, eve when she said she'd looked into it. I was also promised a refund. That never happened either. I told them I wanted my money back, and now they won't even answer my e-mails. I have warned them that I would be reporting them to the BBB,all I want is a refund.
