From Mad Hornets I purchased ‘PAC-1219’ lifter springs for an LS motor. ‘PAC’ is a brand name product specific to the manufacturer. I received from Mad Hornets a counterfeit spring. These springs received are confirmed counterfeit by PAC. Contacting Mad Hornets, sharing my observation, customer service first reply the offered 10% discount, second 30% discount. Of concern they also stated ‘Returning back may take a long time and the items may suffer damage in transit.’ I’ve ceased pursuing resolution over email I’ll let the bank handle it. Another great concern using incorrect parts within a motor will very likely cause a critical failure of the motor and we’re that to happen in traffic or while working around a motor that’s running a failure that’s critical can cause death or injury.
