I saw a clearance ad for a dog bed. The website said it was Macy's. I ordered the product and my credit card was billed.

Ads placed on instagram branded as Macy's sale. Upon purchase, confirmation email came back from zhcartapps.com. The email also included a contact for [email protected]. Upon reaching out and inquiring about status of the order, I was sent a reply from [email protected] to this tracking link: https://t.17track.net/en#nums=AM231353989CN. It's all a scam.

It was a site on Face Book that was 90% off Macy's warehouse close out. I got an order confirmation, from bedpotsofacloseup.com. Obviously, this is not a valid email address.

The $34.98 was deducted from my bank account.

It was a fake website posing as Macy's outlet sales. We placed an order for shoes in the amount of $29.99 and received a confirmation email to inquire about the order to [email protected]. The order was never received and contact information not valid.

I was on MSN's website and saw an ad for this company. Their website made it appear as if this was a clearance store for Macy's department store, so I thought it was safe. I ordered a few items, thinking the prices were way too low to be true (should have respected my instinct), but ordered anyway. I gave them my name, home address, email, phone number, and credit card information. Everything seemed legitimate and I received a tracking email. The "package" took a month before the tracker showed that it had been "delivered" on 1/26/24; however, there was no package, and at that point, I didn't expect one. The scammers did, however, mail me a small fingernail file as my free gift (LOL), that I received about two weeks after placing my order.

I ordered 2 human dog beds that were advertised on Facebook and the link took me to Macy's Gift Shop with the Macy's red star logo. The site processed and confirmed my order and sent me a confirmation email with tracking number. The tracking number is invalid. I have written the email address for thier customer service three times and requested a full refund but they do not respond,

On Dec. 7, 2023 , an ad appeared on my Instagram feed that appeared to be from Macy's. It had their logo and the look of something from Macy's. They offered the human dog beds drastically discounted and posted a limit on how many were available. I went through the ordering process in what looked like a legitimate online cart and check out process. I typed in my card numbers, email and home address and phone number in the form. Next day I received an email from [email protected] that my order had been received. It had a button to click to view my order. which went to a page that tracked the order process. The package was noted as handed over to the carrier (which was supposed to be FedEx) on Dec. 9. When I did not receive it by Dec. 15, I sent an email [email protected] at the bottom of the original email from which I have gotten no reply as of today Dec. 20. My bank account shows they drew the $49.98 out of my account on Dec. 7. It is listed as FROM OFTAT OFTAT.COM CO 12/07. When I search for that an alert comes up that this could be dangerous and phishing. A couple of days ago, I received a text from +63-915-581-8995 that stated "Package Tracking: Your package arrived at the transit center but could not be delivered due to incomplete address information. Details https://uscvbxnps.com best regards, USPS Customer Service." I am not sure if this is from the same source, but when I click on the website my phone comes up with an alert. As of today, when I try to view my tracking it now has a pop-up that says "data does not exist"

I ordered two lounge chair couches they reviewed my moneys and it's been about a month. I've received emails saying it's on they way and also that it has been delivered and it hasn't. I can't send them an email I get a response back saying failure to send the email

I saw an ad on Facebook for Macys. I bought an over sized loveseat advertised for $39, and I paid $49. I paid with my Netspend debit card. My statement says Macyhousesale. It was supposed to be a used Macys clearance sale.

Browsing through Facebook came across a Macy outlet fire sale for chaise lounge at a huge discount. Purchased three for $50. Limited my credit card to $60 in case it was scam. $50 was removed from my account, but not from macys. Received email confirmation of order and tracking information. Said delivered on 24Nov23 but never arrived and tried emailing without response.

The price of the item was very low but after looking at the website features stating the security they use for payments and taking information, it seemed legit. My card was immediately charged but when I tried to contact them via the email address on the website, it was “non deliverable”. The photos and even videos they have posted made this seem like a real ad, along with using a trusted name like macys.
