Cheated: the 3D "rugs" were replaced with a single sheet of paper product.

I just received the rug that I ordered in April. However, it is absolutely not as pictured. The rug in the picture looks like a real 3d rug, but what I received is a thin sheet-like fabric with a blurred image printed on top. It smells toxic too. This company is a SCAM! I am disputing this charge.

Ordered a quilt through Facebook link in April. Did not receive until June. What I got is a very thin piece of cloth with a fabric backing. No quilting or batting at all. The "King" size pillow shams won't fit, and the "quilt" is too small for King size bed.
Their return policy stated no returns after 30 days. How nice for them since I doubt they EVER get anything sent out within 30 days.
Shame on Facebook for continuing to allow them to post!

Ordered a quilt at Luxetric.com, on 3/30/2020. 2 months later, the item has not been received. Upon inquiry I have gotten repeated messages telling m my order has shipped. The tracking numbers provided each time have gone nowhere. Demanded a refund multiple times, which was ignored.

I bought a $119 rug from Facebook link on April 1, 2020. I receive nothing for two months, hoped it was because of the coronavirus delays etc. I filed a dispute with capital one. Suddenly one week later I got my rug. It is a piece of junk and hardly worth $20. But I did get it. Horrible horrible company.

I ordered a quilt from a Facebook ad and never received it. I've contacted Luxetric many times through email. They have me a tracking number but not a carrier name. I've asked for a refund but they"assure me it's on its way" and to use the tracking number to check the status. All of the carriers I have checked have no such order. How can I receive a refund that Luxetric has so far refused

I ordered a quilt and it's been over a month, I got a confirmation and tracking number which was bogus, there is no phone number to reach them, I am out over 50 bucks!

So did I. They sent me a tracking number but will not tell me who the carrier is. There is no phone number or address for them. I think Facebook should be reimbursing us for allowing them to advertise on their site without their full legit information.

Gave tracking number nowhere to look it up. It doesn't indicate how the item will be shipped and by which delivery company.
Will dispute payment with my credit card company.

I ordered a rug from them and have not received it. I got an email with an order confirmation and an order ID for tracking. There are no such numbers and now you can’t even get in touch with them. When I placed the order the money was immediately taken out of PayPal. Does anyone know how to contact them for a refund? Thanks for your help.

I disputed as it was on my capital one card. 2 1/2 months later I did get my rug. It is the worlds worst purchase I’ve ever made. Piece of junk. You may actually wind up getting it but you will die inside a little when you see how bad it is.

I ordered a chihuahua blanket from them 60 dollars I never received my item they don’t offer a phone number they don’t answer there emails the tracking number they supplied is invalid thru dhl and even on there own website these people aren’t being fair to us looking for a quality product.
