This website is a complete knockoff of "Tiffany & Co.". They state there is a 30 day return and refund policy but they do not state anywhere on the entire website or in any format that they do not return products that were internationally shipped. I received the products, complete knockoffs and horrible quality. I sent an email to the customer service for a return and refund for them to tell me they will not accept a return or refund because they do not know how to start the process internationally. I have all email correspondence.
