Saw an ad on what appears to be the LuvMe website, a site I had been to before. I placed two orders and received confirmation but became suspicious when the confirmation did not come from the LuvMe site but from [email protected]. The links to their customer support and the order tracking number did not work but was able to contact discounteer via a new email. I later received a response email that one of my orders was found and I was provided with tracking information. I was told that the other order could not be found. Today, I checked, using the tracking number provided but there is no further movement on the shipment provided and I now realize that I was scammed. I checked my payment information and noted that payment was made to Walters Retailing Limited and payment was already made for both orders.

Discounteer.com is a scammer. I was tricked into thinking that I was placing an order with a company I had done business with before.
