I ordered a mask through a Facebook ad. I paid through PayPal. Finally received the product, but was put together so badly that my fraternity crest is not properly visible and you can't recognize the founding year. Unfortunately, PayPal claims the product is not refundable under their product protection clause, and I've had no success in contacting the company directly. I can't use the mask unless I cover it with another mask.

This company advertises products that are not legit. I ordered two face masks advertised on Facebook. One was an Omega Psi Phi mask and the other was a Delta Sigma Theta mask. After about a month of not receiving anything, I filed a complaint with PayPal. Immediately I was sent a tracking number for the product. When I got the product, it was a plain face mask and nothing like the ones advertised. This company is a fake and a fraud.

SAW AD ON FACE BOOK AND ORDERED $35.94 IN FACE MASKS. THEY TOOK MY PAYPAL MONEY AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE MASKS AFTER A MONTH. THEY KEEP SENDING EMAILS THAT THE PRODUCT IS COMING BUT NEVER HAPPENS. ALSO THIS IS A COMPANY IN CHINA. THE TRACKING THEY HAVE SENT IS ALSO NOT NORMAL. I HAVE FILLED A COMPLAINT WITH PAYPAL TO GET REFUND. THIS AIS A COVID-19 SCAM
