Report

Luminance Milano says you can return a product that you are not satisfied with however you need to make the return to CHINA even though they state they are located in Naples Florida. They give you the run around for days on your emails back & forth like they really don't want you to return no matter if the product doesn't work. Then they finally say Ok but here's the address and it's in China.

They know that would cost a fortune to return so no one will be returning.
