It was an ad on TikTok that transferred me to their website where I placed an order. I checked and it looked like the website was correct. Today I saw they stole $69.99 from my credit card. I reported it to fraud and replaced my credit card.

Saw an ad on TikTok for this cool record vinyl player and it was on a huge discount (marked down to $29.99 from $99.99), so obviously I figured it would be a great deal and I wanted to buy it. I went to their site via the sponsored URL or whatever on TikTok and filled out the payment form to order. Money was taken out from my account via debit, and then immediately after I got an unknown charge for "Weight Loss" and "Urban Peak Vitality" for $47.97. I then googled the website and saw another post on this website about it.

This was an ad on checkout.lumenpick.com about a portable lumen TV for $29.99 I had seen for several days. Very popular. I knew after the purchase when the name lumen brand did not match the merchant on my statement and also you can’t go back to the website they also delete comments and repost the add over and over and turns out there are now hundreds of people on TikTok warning against the fake lumen tv. They got both my account information, my address, real name and phone number they also sent me a verification code to my number to which I typed in so I’m not sure what kind of access they have for me now. They also have my iCloud email!

TikTok ad for a too cheap to be true cat tree on Lumenpick.com. The landing page looks pretty legit but the site threatens you with legal action if you reverse the charge before reaching out to their support. Their delivery expectations are just a lie.

Saw an ad and when I went to purchase it took me to the Lumenpick.com site. I placed an order, never got any confirmation or tracking updates. Support is not real. They just keep asking for the same things over and over, ignoring your actual request for assistance. Then exactly 2 weeks later 3 simultaneous attempts to hit my account for 59.99 were declined. I reported them to TikTok and they denied anything fraudulent so they’re basically in on it.

They were advertising a boneless counch on tiktok and I clicked on the link on April 1, 2026. I ordered a green couch from Lumenpick.com and it was for 9.99 but the company charged me 17.98. Not only did they take my money but after emailing them at [email protected] they sent me 3 fake links that did not work. I just want my money back. I asked them to cancel my order but instead they stole my money and never shipped anything.

I placed an online order through the website lumenpick.com after seeing an advertised product. After completing the purchase, I did not receive an order confirmation email, receipt, or tracking number. I checked my spam and junk folders, but nothing was received.

Shortly after the purchase, I noticed unauthorized charges appearing on my credit card that I did not approve. Because of these fraudulent charges and the lack of order confirmation, I believe the website is fraudulent. I contacted my credit card company immediately, disputed the charge, and canceled my credit card to prevent further unauthorized transactions.

I never received the item I ordered and have not received any legitimate communication from the website. I am reporting this incident to document the fraudulent activity and help prevent others from being affected.

Found the ad from ticktok and after going through the Lumenpick.com website everything seemed to look legitimate. However through several emails it became immediately obvious they never intended to send me the item or money back. I lost $62.97. Had to get Chime involved to settle the dispute. They also go by windfallvitality. They do not give out any data about their business but will email you every day for your personal information from [email protected].

I ordered a handheld off TikTok for $37 and it brought me to LumenPick.com's website and I ordered it and they never gave me any tracking information or confirmation to my email and every time I send an email to the Support at [email protected]. It’s just an automated email from a dude named James and then a Justine Schmidt totally not legit. Website also has a "threat" of legal action if you dispute or initiate a charge back.

A add on TikTok that popped up for a portable rolling LG flat screen TV for 29.99$ from Lumenpick.com and once purchased there was no legit tracking information or carrier and there is no way to cancel or refund your order. I lost $37.98. They are extremely vague in emails from [email protected] about they are a legit company and also threaten legal action if tried to dispute charge.
