I bought a Mid-Century TV stand from Lumelay Direct for $195.95 through Amazon, which included approximately $70 for shipping and taxes. The product was advertised as real wood and looked great in the ads and videos. When I received it, it was pure junk and not worth $15. The stand drawers are cheap and do not close properly and the same is true with the sliding front doors on the stand. The legs are uneven and the stand wobbles. The entire stand is worth only $15. I asked to be refunded immediately. I attempted three times. I was told I was getting a "full refund" and then only a "refund." They told me they could not refund the taxes I paid of approximately $20. I immediately contacted Amazon about this. I tried resolving this dispute with Lumelay in three emails but that did not work. Amazon finally refunded me. Lumelay contacted me that THEY refunded ME, but that is a lie. They defrauded Amazon after trying to defraud me.
