If you read the previous account of this online purchase scam, it is spot-on. What you sign up for is a "free sample, just pay shipping". No fine print (I looked for anything fishy when I checked out, noticing this sounded like a great deal). A month later, expect to be charged somewhere around $90 to $180, depending on if you requested just a sample of the skin cream or both the skin cream and eye serum. You will have no email communication from the company after your initial $5 receipt for shipping of the sample. I didn't notice the charge until about two months later, when I received a box in the mail of MORE skin cream...at which point I had been charged 2 times. Tried calling the company, no answer. A few days later I was charged a THIRD time!!! Finally reaching customer service, it was evident that they field this call often, offering no refunds, including the on the skin cream I returned, but a discount. I decided at this point to deal with my credit card company to dispute the charges. The customer service rep even had a script for convincing me not to call my credit card company. Apparently, I was not the first, nor will I be the last, to fall into this scam. Hoping that this is shut down and that you have not been a victim. If so, I would recommend calling your bank.
