They make you email them for return and they emailed me back and offered me $15 but will not return the item. The worst part is they won’t even return an email after I said no to the $15. My item was $55. This is a total scam and fraud. I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau

They lead you to believe they are 'made in usa' and 'shipping from South Carolina. Once I placed the order the credit card was charged. It took 4 weeks to receive the product (4 dresses) nothing as what I thought I was getting plus 2 were too small and 2 were too big. Once I was provided the usps tracking number I couldn't get any information. I emailed the company and they said it was shipped. The package received was Chinese language. The usps tracking label has a return address of Joe Doe, 487 Supreme Dr, Bensenville, Illinois. This is from their website about them: Our company is based in the USA, so our products are all made and shipped from South Carolina. I did track their address to close to O'Hare Airport, Chicago.

My wife ordered from this company and the merchandise did not fit true to size. Tried to return for an exchange or refund - they wanted her to open a pay-pal account and send them shipping $. Who does that? Did not pay for the original order with pay-pal, don't even have an account. Smells like a phishing scam. BEWARE!

Redirected us from Amazon.de to their website, and a credit card charge for $ 120 was made by a company called PingpongHongkong. Three women's dresses arrived in time but were of poor quality and fit. They claimed the items were made in North Carolina, but the packaging stated "Made in China". The website claimed 30-day guarantee and easy returns. But when Service was contacted to return, they said to keep the items, and we would be compensated $20. We complained two more times, and they finally said it was too expensive to return the items m as their receiving warehouse is in Dubai. Their final compensation was $55 and keeping the product.

Have emailed many times trying to get a reply to return items that are too big, with no replies at all. There is no phone number to contact this company and they advertised the clothing is made in South Carolina, but an address in London on their website. I would not suggest ordering anything from this company.

Lsoru advertises clothing on facebook. I went to their website and ordered two dresses. Their advertising says clothing is made in South Carolina so I thought they were American manufacturers. I paid $109.00 from my credit card. The package arrived with a Chinese address on it. The dresses were made of cheap material and did not look or fit the way the advertising showed. I looked for a refund policy but couldn't find any, so emailed them. The first 3-4 times they responded by saying there is no refund. When I kept insisting they said they'll give me a $30 refund, but no more. I kept insisting on a full refund but they kept refusing. I told them I would report them to the ScamPulse.com but that didn't seem to matter to them at first. Then they said yes, for me to return the items, and when they arrive I would get my refund. They sent a street address which I decided to google. The information that came up was that it is an address that scammers use and it is an address that is connected to FedEx. At that point I decided to contact the ScamPulse.com to report this incident.

Website claims that clothes are made and shipped from South Carolina and the website claims fast delivery. My items took 2 months to arrive, were shipped from New York, and quality and fit were terrible. Upon trying to return the items for a refund they offered me $59 total for 5 shirts, of which I paid around $200 for them. Their grammar and sentences in their emails to me are terrible so I believe they are not located in the US as they claim. I have also reported them on FaceBook which is where I originally saw their clothing advertised. Shame on me for falling for these scammers.

I puchased 4 articles of women's clothing from Lsoru.com I had seen it advertised many times on Amazon, Facebook and Instagram. The clothes I received are of poor quality and do not fit. I have made numerous attempts to return them, and finally found a phone number to call (843) 474-0836. I called and a man answered with the company name. It took a long time on the phone when I realized I was probably getting scammed and I hung up. I have now found out that charges were made by him on my Mastercard to PayPal, Best Buy, PC Gaming, and Target! I feel like a schmuck and and totally embarressed that I fell for this!

I ordered 2 shirts from Lsoru advertised on Facebook as made is South Carolina USA. The charge to my Credit card was from China. I received 2 shirts that did not fit properly. There was no return information or invoice in the bag. I sent an email to them. I was asked if I could keep the product and accept $14. I said no numerous times and the last offer was$40. Here is the return address: No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE +852 81990571.

Once we receive the parcel you return, we will refund you. I do have all the emails saved. I googled this address and found numerous comments of this happening to others also with different company names. I have also reported to FTC and Facebook.

This business claims to be a clothing company located in South Carolina but items arrive from China with no invoice or paperwork. They refuse to accept returns or refund your purchase price. They offer 20% of your purchase price as a refund and tell you to keep the clothes. If you balk, they then say their wherehouse is in Dubai and you have to pay fees to return anything.
