They claim they are a Texas based clothing company. My package never arrived and I reached out. They claimed to have re-shipped and delivered, but their package tracker is a scam. I traced their business address at the time to a location in China. They led me on for a few months claiming that they would issue a 70% return. Customer service kept changing the goal post... and changing their business names, emails, etc. I am pretty sure they are just ripping people off $40 at a time.

I purchased items from Marayen.com on October 5, 2025. Provided foreign tracking information said delivered 11/22/25. Contacted customer service, only contact information was email Customer Service Team at [email protected] they committed to making it right with expedited shipping. This time saying delivered 12/16/2025. Again did not. They offered on 70% refund due to their alleged loss of revenue for the lost merchandise and costs for shipping. I declined and demanded 100% refund, this was on 12/19. They assured me 5-10 business days. 12 business days later, no refund. I contacted them and like an automated response, same response. We're working on it buy now stating due to overwhelming requests, their refund department is work I ng on large volume of refunds and to allow 25 business dsys. Still no refund and continue to get same automated response
