I spent two months interviewing for a supervisor position with the understanding the pay range would be from $28-$35/hour. After multiple rounds of interviews I finally received my onboarding documentation. The three documents consisted of an application, and nondescript contract that stated I would work as needed rather than full time, did not list a promised pay number and the third document would have me sign that I am legally a registered nurse which I am not. When I got them on the phone to discuss the paperwork they stated this was the general documentation for anyone onboarding and then stated that they had reviewed the position needs and the new pay would actually be $17/hour rather than the job posting $28/35.
