I purchased a sweater from this company in January 25 and I have been emailing them in regards to my order because the Item I ordered was not cheap I have tried many way of contacting them they their email and their Instagram page. I have sent them 6 emails and have only got one response which was Them asking “what was my order number” I gave it to them and did not receive and email back. They finally reached out to me via Instagram and when reaching out to me on Instagram they were very rude and unprofessional. I just want the sweater I ordered or my money back and when I asked for my money back they showed me they do not do returns but always give me the run around when I ask for updates on my sweater. I need your help trying to find out if this place is a scam or not I see they shadow ban a lot of people comments under their post when they bring up they have not received their items. I have all the proof of trying to contact them several times which I can provide no problem
