Lootbeat app sent fake prize after payment

I downloaded a app that had a 4.5 rating. I paid 25 dollars plus 15 dollars shipping after I won, to the app to give me credits to open mystery boxes with big wins like a 18 kt gold ring dragon vintage unique ring, one of the top prizes. I won it and paid to have it shipped to me. It came from out of the country. It got to my house today and it was completely fake. I tried to get ahold of them about it and nothing. They're taking a lot of peoples money. When you're on the app you can see these boxes being bought and people have battles with the boxes they buy, see who will win the lot. So they're doing this to thousands of people and the average person probably drops 100 to a thousand to win the top prize and find out it's fake. So I had to report it. I'm sure I lost more than 25 dollars because of the supposable money you win in the app that you use to buy boxes at a chance to supposedly win big prizes. It's a complete scam.
