Purchased several items of clothing during a "Flash Sale" on either Facebook, Instagram, or Tiktok and was charged $43.13 on 12/30/2025 by a company called Lookmeiish, based out of New York. They also go by the company name of "Melvienne," After more than 15 communications via email with their so called Customer Support Team about never having received the products, nor granting a full refund upon repeated requests, after almost 3 months I have yet to receive a full refund. I continue to be told that it is being processed, and that "banks are busy." I did contact my credit card company and a case has been open.
