Ordered game camera online around Christmas through PayPal. Received an email on March 3 and March 10 apologizing for delay in shipping. The last email indicated it was sent to someone in Michigan. No help since from either Loo Store or Pay Pal.

I purchased a professional trail camera in December of 2018. After a month, I had not received any product, but money had been taken out. I emailed them on January 24th and someone using the name of Clara Jones response on 1/25. She said that the shipping department was still in the process of adding tracking numbers and that they were trying their best to speed up the shipping process. After still hearing nothing else from them, I emailed again on Feb. 26. This time a Christine Leonado responded that they got swamped with more orders than they thought. She said my order had been processed and I’d receive an email with the tracking number. After searching the internet, I found the real Loo Store was a plumbing store in Canada and had been getting bombarded with negative reviews. They had been responding to everyone that it was not them and that they believed it was a scam and to contact their credit card companies. I then also found other complaints on here that had the same exact problems as me. I also looked at the website again today (3/16) and the fake website is advertising a “New Years Day Special”. Someone needs to shut this website down and find the criminals behind this website. In 2019, we should be able to easily trace these criminals.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

There is no merchandise they are selling. They have no means to contact them. All correspondence comes back as undeliverable. The phone number is for a Plumbing company in Canada that says they are receiving alot of calls for this and that it is a scam. There is no company with this merchandise, they are advertising and selling items they do not have. I have contacted my credit card company, Capital One, and they confirmed they have received many calls about this,.
