The website requested payment for an application fee and offered viewing of the property through a third party. After viewing the property I was requested to send in sensitive information to move into the house as soon as 1 Week. Several phone calls were made to get additional information but nothing was processed. I called to check the status of my app 2 months later and the lady who answered my phone call and said she would relay my information to the proper person, was the Same lady who called me back minutes later to say that the property was unavailable. And that and e-mail was sent the previous day explaining exactly what I had just called about.? Needless to say the E-mail not marked with the original company logo an appeared yo be spam mail. She proceeded to send me link from another phone number to the website that is not working and presumably phishing and stealing more personal information.
