Report

I purchased Local OMC Google Business Profile marketing assistance. They came across very professional, but did virtually nothing to actually assist my business. They varied later on what was actually sold to me. They refused to admit or go back to the sales call to hear what I was sold when I challenged them. They prey on flattery and what seem like reasonable promises. It was a pain to cancel. There is no one to contact directly. It all goes through a dumb answering service. No same person will email you back twice. Many different moving pieces to keep the scammers evasive. I tried to work things out with them and they did respond sometimes, but I am driven to provide this report after they refused to answer my emails about issuing a refund in light of the false promises and failure to deliver. Horrible business.. still hoping for my refund of almost $997. They make nice promises on the phone.. believe nothing.
