Lions club international foundation grant Reports & Reviews (3)

- Indianapolis, IN, USA

On 9/28/21, I was contacted by a Mary Joyce Ellen who told me she is the Right Agent for the Lions Club International Foundation Grant. She told me what their mission was and said they were giving large sums of money to start businesses, pay for education, etc. I gave my full name, address, age, email address, sex, marital status, phone number, monthly income, work status, and told her I wanted a check vs cash.

My batch number is: 9056490602/333

My winning number is: FB8901/LPRC

My reference number is: 8543390023

My serial number is: 7778551111.

Then I chose to pay $30,000 to get $3 million USD.

Then, she had me go to a store to get a $200 Google gift card. I got it ar Kroger. Took a picture of it and the receipt and sent it to her.

On 9/30/21, she told me to go to the bank to get the $30,000 cash. I tried but no bank would give me that much money. Then, she wanted a wire transfer. I didn't do it. Then, she wanted a Cashier's Check, but I couldn't get one for that much money. Then, she wanted me to go to a Woodforest bank to get a Cashiers Check and deposit it in the name of:

Carolyn Denise Peoples

Woodforest bank account number: 1564421624

Account routine number: 653112592

But, Woodforest couldn't issue a Cashier's Check, so Mary Joyce Ellen wanted me to use a credit card. I didn't do it. Then, she wanted me to get a $10,000 Cashiers Check. Then, when she got it, she would they would take $20,000 out of the $3 million they were going to deliver to me.I got the Cashier's Check and had it made out to Carolyn Denise Peoples. But, when I went to Woodforest bank, they couldn't deposit it into her account without her signature on the back of the check and without seeing her ID.

So, Mary Joyce Ellen wanted me to FedEx the check to Denise Peoples, 525 Mellon St SE, apt 205, Washington DC 20032.

I went to FedEx, but thet would not send that much money by FedEx. So, I went home and thought about all of this and sent Mary Joyce Ellen a message. I told her I couldn't FedEx the check.

I did not send them the Cashier's Check for $10,000.

They are telling me I was approved for a grant and get $30,000 if I give my bank account information and pay a $250 certificate fee. I didn’t go forward with it but want to let you know. They said they’d hand deliver cash to my door within 7 hours. This is crazy scam

I thought it was grandpa leaving me a message on Facebook messagner but then I realized it was very later and they start talking about a grant so I ask when is grandma brithday no answer so I reported to Facebook
