@legitswagpug (Instagram)has multiple social media pages in various forums over the world and is also linked to www.officalempireclothing.com where they appear to sell designer items and other clothing. I arranged a purchase on 6/29/18 via paypal with my credit card, they seller verified they received my payment ($***). They also sent me an email acknowledging receipt of my payment, confirming my shipping info and the like. They advised items would arrive in 5-7 days. I waited a few days to followup and received no response. I then proceeded to Direct Message them on Instagram and they avoided me telling me to hold on etc. Finally, they deleted all Direct Messages we shared and blocked me from their page. I followed up with additional emails to no avail. I then attempted another purchase through a business Instagram page I have and they again proceeded to make a sale with me for over $*** I was appalled that they lacked a conscience and were willing to rip off yet another customer. I then proceeded to inquire about shipping, shipping times etc and how they can assure me that my items would in fact be shipped and received. They firmly assured me that I had nothing to worry about. I then questioned them about my initial order and provided them with screenshots of my original order. At that point they again deleted all Instagram Direct Messages between them and my business Instagram page and blocked that account as well. I was able to gather screenshots of the communications in the later instance before they deleted the messages. I also have the email confirmation of my original order of $*** and the paypal transaction information as well. I have since learned that there are multiple other victims via Instagram as well.
