I have been battling a $5600 dispute for months with this company. It has been a complete nightmare. Jamaica has been very nice and responsive about my concerns and also agreed I should not have been billed. I cancelled almost 2 days after meeting with them and was told the accounts manager would get back with me. Instead, they secretly processed recurring charges to my account. For more than two months, I spoke with “Savannah” who was giving me the run around with her boss in accounts receivable “Ricardo” who was annoyed by my concerns and “promised a refund in 3-4 weeks”, which never happened! Every time I called, I was ignored and told someone would get back with me. Then one day Savannah was no longer with the company. I am still fighting this dishonest company that preys on young professionals in order to make their business valid. It’s extremely sad that such a company exists! I have to go through legal and deal with my lousy credit card company for months and this is extremely sad to me. I have multiple documentation showing that I should not have been charged and this company pretty much has stolen $5600 from someone who is barely employed during covid. They are a group of heartless, wicked people and I have not received a single service because I have not agreed to “proceed with them for a consultation”, so I am being punished. It’s extremely stressful that such a company has done millions like this.
