On March 6th 2024, I received a text message in all capital letters from the phone number 9899000203 stating: SERVICE ADDRESS CONFIRMED: VICTOR KIRKWOOD OUR PROCESS SERVER IS SCHEDULED TO DELIVER YOUR LEGAL DOCUMENTS THIS AFTERNOON AT YOUR HOME. OR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. PLEASE AHVE 2 FORMS OF ID FOR YOUR NOTICE TO APPEAR. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUETIONS CONTACT OUR SUPPORT CENTER (470) 679-1347. REPLY STOP TO OPT OUT OR HELP

On Match 13th 2024, I received a phone call from someone named Tim Clearwater stating that I took out a loan for $3k+ and they were willing to settle for $398.15 and the guy never even confirmed my identity until about 1/4 of the way into the conversation and then when he tried to confirm my identity, I refused and he still went forward with giving me information on the "account". Tim Clearwater was very unprofessional and could not answer my questions/had to keep asking someone to find my answer.
