Legal Assistance Centre. AKA Richard O'Brien, Steve, Dave and others. They will get you to send your legal information to them so you can file a lawsuit from home. Using a Seattle Cell phone number 425-516-1466. Using an address near Palm Springs, CA. 72877 Dinah Shore Drive Rancho Mirage,CA 92270. Police Detective here traced the address to a dog grooming shop in a strip mall. No tenant ever leased under those names they were told by mall owner. Also website "legalassistancecentre.com" was active recently. They will ask you to sign an online form after they receive your personal and legal documents (now in their hands). You must agree to pay in a rush starting at $700. Then they will ask for another $700 if you inquire about it. This is actually a fake business, a scam offering to file federal law suits for any individual. There is no such service. But their credit card machine works well.

This complaint is a hoax. Holes rife throughout it. The Legal Assistance Centre does not have an "online" form. Prove your allegations. Prove just 1 allegation. How about this, prove you paid The Legal Assistance Centre 700 dollars. FAKE!

Carl Sagan once said, "Extraordinary Claims require Extraordinary Evidence." Allegations of Credit Card fraud is an extraordinary claim. In fact, Credit Card fraud is a felony. Provide evidence that you used a credit card with the Legal Assistance Centre such as a credit card transaction number or a "credit card fraud claim" report number with your credit card company. Provide the name of the Detective, his/her Police Station and the police report number. Your claim is fraught with embellishments.

Also, fraudulent complainer, 425-516-1466 is not a Seattle number. It is a Bellevue cell phone number. Therefore, it does not need to be physically attached to a specific geographic location. Before you start slandering anyone or any agency or any THING, get your facts straight! And I doubt very seriously that you needed to get a Police Detective to do a google search of a property address. POLICE DETECTIVE TRACED THE ADDRESS TO A DOG GROOMING SHOP! So dramatic.

Whoever wrote this complaint is either a liar, competitor, or confusing The Legal Assistance Centre with a different agency. The Legal Assistance Centre never asks for credit card information because of all the fraud surrounding credit cards. As well, The Legal Assistance Centre does not have a "credit card machine." Also, 72877 Dinah Shore Drive, suite 103, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270 is not a "Dog Grooming Shop." It is a Post Net Shop that provides mail boxes for businesses among other services. Like an "Mail Boxes Etc." Regardless, that was the old mailing address under the name of IDS. IDS were legal documentation preparers.
