I have an unknown charge of 270$ on my credit card. I have been emailing and calling these guys but to no use. They are not replying at all. I have never known this company and don't have a clue as to how did they got my credit card info. I am not even in US but based in Canada.

12/17/2019 - Someone from this company contacted my elderly grandmother telling her they were from capital one and could lower her interest payment. She gave them her information and they charged her $619.00.

Got a phone call saying I am being sued by this law firm on behalf of a debt I owe. The debt they were referring to was a judgement against me for a credit card from years back that was satisfied and is listed as a public record as satisfied. The man that called said they have sent several things to my street in the mail about this but didn't give my address. He said I needed to email my info and proof of the judgment being satisfied to him. I called the county to make sure I wasn't imagining I paid this off years ago and the county advised me to look this law firm up and do some research before I sent my info to them. Turns out they are not licensed or bonded at all and are revoked with an F rating from BBB. I called the man back from the "law firm" to let him know what I had found and he cussed me out and hung up on me! That's all I needed to confirm they are a major scam! DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFO OR MONEY!!!

They kept calling from different 1888 numbers and all appeared as scam numbers but they kept calling and I answered and they said I had a day to pay them $2000 in two days because if not i would be sent to get arrested for not paying.. They said they cannot send any mail statements until the account is fully paid off.. nothing they said added up.
