The dryers reunited my covers in October I washed my covers on normal wash. Place my covers into two separate dyers, first cycle no heat and second cycle low heat. I’ve repeated reported the damages to costumer service through call and email but they have yet done anything to help besides sending a technician to look at the dyers and he stated that he did not find anything wrong with them. I was told that someone would come inspect my covers for the damages made. Which have not happened after putting in multiple work tickets. I was also told that I would get a check sent out which won’t cover the full amount of damage but some. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. As they seem not to care about their customers who pay money towards their company but cannot return for damages. We are now 2 months into the process and the weather has been cold and I’ve been without blankets.

Need Refund.

I tried to put money into my Laundry card and it charged my bank account $25 3 times and only got $25 put into my Laundry Card. I want a refund back to my Bank account as soon as possible please. I don’t think that is right that it’s taking peoples money like in my situation. $50 is ridiculous.

Every time I used their wash service the company was over charging and not automatically refunding customers money. Then over 90 days the company won’t refund money. A WASH admitted it happens often but does not fix the problem.
