I was sent a Labor Law Compliance Notice saying, I must pay $125.00 by January 13, 2023 or I could be fined up to $7000.00 for not complying. The letter state that I am required by federal law to post a current compliance labor law poster in my workplace for my employees. For one, I have no employees, I am a Sole Proprietor, For two, I am just now starting my business and haven't really even opened up yet, am still in the process of setting everything up and being ready for the new year.

Then, she said she was going to transfer me to her supervisor to go over billing. I told her I didn't want to buy anything and she disconnected the call.
