I was auto enrolled in a fake subscription with no value upon ordering their terribly made product. It was unclear that this was a reoccurring subscription and appeared to be just a free add on when checking out. There is no value in being part of the “Dugout Club.” By the time I noticed I was being robbed $40 a month I had spent over $200

I ordered a Tee Popper for $45.99 on May 23rd. Then I started receiving $40 a month recurring charges for The Dugout Club Subscription. When I contacted Kynvale about the charges they said I joined automatically when I purchased the Tee Popper. No where in the receipts or emails did I get confirmation of an agreement to be charged $40 per month. Also none of the emails gave the option or instructions to cancel the subscription. When I asked them what I am getting for the $40 per month Dugout Club Subscription, they stated that I do not receive anything. Basically when you purchase from their company they tack on a $40 recurring charge until you dispute it. Kynvale does not give you any service or products for your recurring monthly payment.

Paid for a baseball trainer and was automatically enrolled in a $40/mth subscription service that I never signed up for. Finally able to cancel the $40/mth subscription via a "secret link" that they sent because they wouldn't cancel the service themselves.

They surreptitiously added me to a subscription I never wanted or knew about and fraudulently charged my credit card for months.

I purchased two tee poppers from Kynvale in June. One did not work. The other worked fine. I reached out regarding the faulty product and they did send me a replacement. Last week I was reviewing my credit card charges and there was an additional $80.00 charged to my account. I did not place any new orders. Since there is customer service phone number available, I emailed them. I received no reply. I reached out two more times and still have not received a reply back.

KYNVALE automatically attaches a reoccurring payment to your initial purchase for a "subscription service". This is not addressed at time of purchase.

Paid for a baseball trainer and was automatically enrolled in a $40/mth subscription service that I never signed up for. Never received any content tied to that $40/mth subscription. Multiple attempts over 3-4 weeks to contact Kynvale’s Customer Service with no response. Finally able to cancel the $40/mth subscription via a “secret link” that they sent because they wouldn’t cancel the service themselves. Total scam and false advertising - their website claims that they put customers first and are transparent with their business practices by giving customers control and choice. There’s no physical address linked to the company and the only contact that I was able to correspond with was Jen Hodgson - no title, no email, no phone… nothing. Garbage product and garbage company.
