Paid for a baseball trainer and was automatically enrolled in a $40/mth subscription service that I never signed up for. Never received any content tied to that $40/mth subscription. Multiple attempts over 3-4 weeks to contact Kynvale’s Customer Service with no response. Finally able to cancel the $40/mth subscription via a “secret link” that they sent because they wouldn’t cancel the service themselves. Total scam and false advertising - their website claims that they put customers first and are transparent with their business practices by giving customers control and choice. There’s no physical address linked to the company and the only contact that I was able to correspond with was Jen Hodgson - no title, no email, no phone… nothing. Garbage product and garbage company.
