Kynvale charged extra $80 after replacement

I purchased two tee poppers from Kynvale in June. One did not work. The other worked fine. I reached out regarding the faulty product and they did send me a replacement. Last week I was reviewing my credit card charges and there was an additional $80.00 charged to my account. I did not place any new orders. Since there is customer service phone number available, I emailed them. I received no reply. I reached out two more times and still have not received a reply back.

Kynvale adds recurring subscription payment without disclosure

KYNVALE automatically attaches a reoccurring payment to your initial purchase for a "subscription service". This is not addressed at time of purchase.

Automatic subscription after buying baseball trainer

Paid for a baseball trainer and was automatically enrolled in a $40/mth subscription service that I never signed up for. Never received any content tied to that $40/mth subscription. Multiple attempts over 3-4 weeks to contact Kynvale’s Customer Service with no response. Finally able to cancel the $40/mth subscription via a “secret link” that they sent because they wouldn’t cancel the service themselves. Total scam and false advertising - their website claims that they put customers first and are transparent with their business practices by giving customers control and choice. There’s no physical address linked to the company and the only contact that I was able to correspond with was Jen Hodgson - no title, no email, no phone… nothing. Garbage product and garbage company.
