I purchased an item from their website, Kyniper.com, and they gave me a tracking number. The website for the tracking number is not one i have seen before. The tracking website said my package arrived but it never has. I waited couple of days after it was "delivered" and still nothing. That's when i contacted them by email at [email protected] and have been fighting with them for weeks now to try to get my refund. They will not give me a refund without a proof of loss from the post office, which cannot be provided since post office never received this said package. I keep trying to explain that to them but they keep saying they won't refund. They definitely scanned me And I'm out of $68.85 and no product

I came across this website for my daughter birthday celebration party and saw beautiful flowers and products for her birthday decoration. I gave it a try i oder a few and never was delivered came out to be scammers they try to take more money at the credit card.

We were online looking for flower wall arrangements. Chose a product, ordered the product and never received the product. This company claims they delivered it. No proof of delivery, no product, just money gone. Even the tracking system is suspect and appears to be run by chatGPT so information you are given is generic and unhelpful. You do not receive updates on the processing of the order either. Responses to emails are vague and accusatory, as if this is our fault. Do not purchase anything from this website!

I too ordered a back drop for a baby shower in January of 2025.. even paid for shipping even though it stated there wasn't shipping on orders over 49.00 .. Never got a confirmation email from the company... reached out a few weeks after to see if I could get tracking info they responded back 2 days later with a Chinese tracking website that wouldn't work... They told me logistics were going to look into this for me.. I then followed up a week later and again they sent me the Chinese tracking info that now showed it was "delivered" yet had no address.. It only said the city I was in.... Realized at that point I came across these same reviews. I didn't think about it at first because these kind of backdrops are typically over 600 but it was already to late. They will still till this day go back and fourth with me telling me to reach out to postal service in my area to find the item. I should have done more research but I can only warn people from now.... it was a scam make sure you change your card and banking info after you dispute with your bank!!!

Ordered floral backdrops from the an online retailer. They said they sent the package and it was delivered, but the package was never delivered. They tried to send me delivery confirmation, but the link didn't work. They said it was signed for and we never did. They are trying to blame me but there was no package ever delivered.

Was using Pinterest to search for ideas for a floral wall back drop. Was pushed to the site and was able to purchase. Item was purchased and was told shipped and was sent tracking. When showed delivered, it was never delivered, and contacted the business, told me to check with my neighbors and file with the post office. Takes forever to communicate with them and have had no help aquiring the item ordered or getting my money back.

Ordered product online and never received the product but THEIR tracking shows that is was delivered. I tried to email them back but it is not a valid email.
