Receive phone calls back to back from this company. They leave a voicemail stating They are calling for but don't leave a name, 3 calls within 3 minutes 8/28/26 leaving the exact same message. They are calling about an over due account and are attempting to collect a debt but no other information is left other than a phone number of 701-203-2562. I googled this phone number and nothing comes up. I have blocked the phone number but it appears they are still able to get through to leave a message.

Keep getting voice-mail from Rebecca Ford of element mediation group that they will be serving me paperwork at work or home. Its getting frustrating and annoying the harassing voice-mail she leaves. Doesn't use my name but this needs to be stopped.

Trying to collect on a debt that was paid 10 years ago. Claiming that this money is still due and no payment was received, even though I have the documents to prove otherwise. Scammer is using a fraudulent file.

This company has attempted to call me multiple times. Today they left a voicemail stating "This message is for ******* *****. Ms *****, this is Angela giving you a call from element group (phone number states it is Element Mediation Group). It looks like your payment was declined. If you can, try to give me a call back to get that recovered so they go ahead and move forward with adding on a penalty fee. My number is 888-341-3837. Thank you and have a good day.".

I have never worked with this company before and have never paid them previously for anything, so there is no way a payment would have failed.
