Scam. Claiming sizes sent but forcing you to maybe take overstock sizes

This store seems as if it has too many of one size shoe so they are sending you what ever they want to send you to get rid of the size and then sticking you with them as they say no refunds. So they win they get your money and then send you what size they are overstock in. Their advertised sizing is about 1.5 smaller than usual. I went up a half size at 9.5 from their store and they are a true size 8. FRAUD

A website that sells shoes. Lists in their return/refund policy that one must email the contact info. I did. They are NOT getting back to me. I am out $100 on shoes that do not fit as they will not email me back. Very minimal website. Hard to find any further info to contact them.
