I purchased the scooter and everything was fine till it was attempted to be delivered. I get an email the delivery was attempted but signature was needed. I didn't know this and tried to resolve this by calling the delivery service to fix it and they said they were told it was going back to the warehouse and not back to the Hub. I called the company and emails for 2 years. Not even 1 reply on a call or an email has been sent.
