I saw the product recommended online, I made the purchase, but the purchase never came. I reached out to the company support. I checked the tracking number multiple times and it kept showing that it was in New Jersey, (I live in Kentucky), and when I told the company this, they kept telling me they would reach out to the carrier, and to please be patient. After two months of dealing with this, I filed a complaint with my bank that I never received the product then four months after never receiving the product the company emailed me telling me that I received the product and I signed for the product and that they got notification that I filed for a payment replacement through my bank and they are demanding payment or for me to send the product back. I still have never received the product, so they are at this point just hassling me, the tracking still shows the product never arrived.
