Agressive Scammers!

I got a call from a (734) area code, which is Romulus, MI and caller tried to get our business to leave Consumers Engergy and switch to Kratos to 'save money' on our gas bills. Caller even asked for me by my first name. I said that we weren't interested and hung up. Not five minutes later they call back from a different Michigan area code (810). I had my co-worker take the call and they left me a lengthy message.

A representative from Kratos called our company, scammed our secretary into providing utility account information by claiming to know our account and be offering money savings and slammed our account with our natural gas provider. We corrected the issue with our provider. Then, without any contact from Kratos, they attempted to slam our account AGAIN a month later. We have stopped them again and will be reporting their despicable business practices to the FCC and PUCO.
