A representative from Kratos called our company, scammed our secretary into providing utility account information by claiming to know our account and be offering money savings and slammed our account with our natural gas provider. We corrected the issue with our provider. Then, without any contact from Kratos, they attempted to slam our account AGAIN a month later. We have stopped them again and will be reporting their despicable business practices to the FCC and PUCO.

I just got a message from them today saying they need to talk to me about my gas account. Thank you for your input. I will not be calling them back!
