I also received the same letter on 3/4/25 stating I was the last known relative of a person with the same last name. I am from a large family and there are people that would have received a notice like this long before me if someone in our actual family died and I would have heard of this person who obviously does not exist. Upon a little research - very easy to tell this is a scam - Pretty sure if I gave them any contact information, this [censored] of the earth would try and use it to steel my identity or worse. People like this who prey on the innocent should be held accountable-

- Fishers, IN, USA

Received letter in the mail claiming that I was a potential next of kin for a relative sharing my last name (who doesn't exist) who died and was a real estater. The claim included that if i accepted a partnership with the 'lawer' they would split the claim of 9,820,000 USD 50/50. They left contact info including an email [email protected] , phone number +61489925130, a fax number +61388205064, and an address K.P. O'Donnell & associates 146 Arthur St, North Sydney NSW 2060. Australia. Further they made urgency in that the claim time of time years would expire soon.

I received the identical letter today, March 1, 2025. All the details are exactly the same, except of course the "deceased" has my last name. I took a look at the K.P. O'Donnell website (I derived it from the sender's email address) - it looks very "real", however anyone can steal another's webpage for their own so it's likely a fake as well.
