I ordered product online for Hydro Seeding, only ordered one item with a cost of $59.97, when I got a receipt emailed to me it was for $162.29. I immediately got on the phone and tried to cancel the order, which they could not do. The products were delivered to me and with numerous calls I was provided a return process to return the items in order to get a refund. The items were returned and delivered on July 31, 2026 and I've been calling the company looking for my refund which no one at the company can tell me when or how my money will be returned. The charges were from Letter Thousand in CO
