I ordered the Anchor Anti-snore wedge pillow and when it arrived it was completely crushed and deformed and entirely useless as a pillow. I contacted kopflo and sent 4 photos of the deformed pillow. Their response was to inform me that I can either accept 40% of my money in return or ship them the product in its original packaging by registered mail to Australia. Their website says they have a 30-night money back guarantee. They are scammers who do not stand behind their products and hide in Australia. They should be banned from doing business in the United States.
